Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at sales@towam.ae. Returns must be sent to: Towam Equipment Trading LLC, 2 Bin Suqat Warehouses No: A, 11th Street, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used consumable accessories (such as welding tips, nozzles, contact tips, and electrodes), custom or special-order products, and machines damaged through misuse cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Warranty
555-brand machines carry a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect input voltage, or normal wear of consumable parts. Contact sales@towam.ae to arrange a warranty claim or service in the UAE.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@towam.ae.
