555 Industrial is the core professional range — MMA, MMA + Lift TIG, TIG and AC/DC TIG, MIG/MAG and MIG/MMA, multiprocess machines and plasma cutting. 555 PRO is the MMA-focused value range, launched in 2023 for fast-moving market demand. Towam matches the right range to your work and budget.

Tested for UAE conditions

This is the heart of what Towam does. Before a machine joins the 555 line we select, test, adapt and support it for UAE and GCC working conditions — heat, humidity, dust, site use, power conditions, cooling performance, duty-cycle behaviour, repairability, spare-parts availability and long-term service suitability. Where many imports de-rate or trip in the summer, 555 is chosen to keep working.

Honest performance

We publish real duty-cycle figures rated to EN/IEC 60974-1 at 40°C — not optimistic lab numbers — and state specifications per model from the machine's own label and datasheet. Professional arc control such as adjustable Arc Force, Hot Start and VRD safety is provided on supported models, with electrode capability from general-purpose through low-hydrogen E7018, and cellulosic E6010/E6011 on machines like the ARC 250 GT.

Premium internals where it counts

Selected 555 Industrial and premium models are built with Toshiba MOSFET/IGBT power devices and RICHIP welding-control technology — named on the specific models where they are fitted. Protection class is IP21S on standard models and IP23S on selected Industrial models (IP23S adds protection against spray and larger solid particles; it is not a dust-proof rating). Component, IP, duty-cycle and warranty details are stated per model.
