Every 555 machine is backed by a 2-year warranty
Towam Equipment stands behind the machines we sell. Every 555 welding machine is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, supported in the UAE by our own in-house service and repair department — not an overseas warranty queue.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of delivery.
- Repair or replacement of faulty internal components (IGBT modules, control boards and the like) at our UAE service centre.
- Technical support and diagnosis from people who know the machines.
What it doesn't cover
- Normal wear items and consumables — electrode holders, earth clamps, MIG tips and liners, TIG torches and cables.
- Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the rated duty cycle, incorrect input voltage, water or impact damage, or unauthorised repairs.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.
Faulty on arrival
If a machine arrives dead-on-arrival or develops a fault straight out of the box, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
Because these are professional tools, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on machines that have been used, powered up with consumables fitted, or had tamper seals broken. If you are unsure which machine is right for your work, message us on WhatsApp before you buy — we will recommend the right model so you order with confidence. Your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law are not affected.

The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp with your model, the fault, and your order number. We will diagnose, advise on turnaround, and arrange service at our UAE centre.
